Pre & Post Natal

Our pre and post natal classes deliver safe Pilates repertoire that is targeted specifically to your changing body, whilst being challenging and scalable to your physical needs.
This class is a mix of exercises on the Pilates Reformer and the mat, incorporating small props like the stability ball.
Specific cueing and alignment based techniques will be used throughout the class for optimising pelvic floor function.
Please get your doctor's permission before starting this class, especially if you are new to Pilates.
