Small props like hand weights, stability balls, bands and the foam roller are often added for variety and challenge.

This class focuses on core muscles, as well as toning the legs, butt and arms, increasing spinal mobility and flexibility.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels including Pre and Post Natal clients
