A unique Pilates experience in the heart of Ballajura
In this class you will lie, kneel sit and stand to create a balanced body and strong core.
The resistance of the pulley and spring system of our state of the art STOTT Pilates machines will give you an an all over body workout.
Mat Pilates uses your own body weight as resistance.
Small props like hand weights, stability balls, bands and the foam roller are often added for variety and challenge.
This class focuses on core muscles, as well as toning the legs, butt and arms increasing spinal mobility and flexibility.
Our instructors are highly experienced in working with the female body during and after birth.
Strength, pelvic floor, balance and mobility prescription will be a primary focus during each session in order to achieve the highest level of health Pre and Post baby.
Women who train before, during and after their pregnancy will have less complications, and an easier recovery after child birth.

Hi, I’m Bec, a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor, and the owner of Pilates Utopia Perth.
I’m currently the STOTT Pilates Instructor Trainer for WA, teaching courses in Matwork, Reformer and Total Barre.
Through STOTT Pilates I’m qualified in Pre/Post Natal training, Athletic Strength and Conditioning, Total Barre, Core, Zenga and Barre Attack. I have also recently completed Slings in Motion with Anatomy Trains.
Over the past 6 years I have worked alongside Physiotherapists in providing Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention training whilst utilising the STOTT Pilates method. I sincerely look forward to welcoming you to the studio and passing on my love and knowledge of pilates to you all.

Hi I’m Bianca, Yoga Instructor here at Pilates Utopia Perth.
I have always been one to push my own personal limits, but in the process wound up burning the candle at both ends. In the beginning it was fine, though years passed and things took a turn.
The stress I was exerting took a toll on my body and I was forced to make changes or live a life with my nervous system on overdrive. That's when I really found Yoga.
I have completed my 350 hr YTT certification in Hatha Vinyasa, Pre natal, Active birth and Post natal. I love to teach Vinyasa slow flow and Hatha practices ensuring students stay connected to themselves.
I cant wait to share my tools and knowledge to help you unlock your own powers to build strength and flexibility in one's body & mind.

Pilates and Barre Instructor at Pilates Utopia Perth. I have an extensive background in dance, participating in multiple dance classes and competitions from a very early age. After making the transition from student to teaching I have found it is something that I really have a love for.
I furthered my studies completing my Cert 4 in Performing arts/Dance through APAN Academy. Not too long after, I found my love for Pilates.
I decided to become an Instructor in Pilates and completed the STOTT Pilates reformer course.
Pilates is so more than just a workout or a way to keep fit. It teaches you discipline, perseverance and accountability.
The more you put into your pilates classes the more you will get back in return.
